Having ordered the carpet tiles online, with a quoted delivery charge of £14 included (including VAT), I was surprised to find a supplement of £36 plus VAT was expected for a delivery not far from Glasgow. On telephoning the company to remonstrate they reduced the supplement to £30 plus VAT. Not much of a reduction. The product itself was good value for money, but anyone north of Glasgow should beware of additional charges.

I spoke to sales and Heather was so helpful and friendly, but I had to obtain 3 quotes. Heather was great she beat the other quote and supplied all the goods within a couple of days. Our offices look great. Thank you Heather.

We decided to go with carpet tiles because emptying the room completely was impossible.(nowhere to put everything in a small house) I found DCTUK online, had a good look through all of the items and we found the carpet planks.( something different) we thought. We are so pleased with everything. The samples arrived quickly, the staff were really friendly and helpful . The website is user friendly, especially the measuring calculator. The ordering was straightforward, and everything we ordered arrived very fast. The carpet planks were easy to cut and lay and the room looks fabulous. The ones we chose feel nice and look so good. We are both in our 70's so it took us a little longer to do. PS. Loved the light humour!

Great product, great service - really fast delivery - only quibble the delivery charge. But I guess carpet tiles arent the lightest things in the world...so probably fair enough. Makes sense to order as much as you need in one shot tho.

Prompt delivery, value for money, Nouveau tiles look great in my home study. Only feedback comment would be was the inadequate packaging as the tiles were exposed on delivery, thankfully not damaged. Courier advised that this is how they had been picked up.

We wanted to buy bathroom carpet tiles online and, after searching a number of sites, we came across Discount Carpet Tiles. I am so glad we did! Their site makes it easy to search for what you are after, provides great information on each make and, even without obtaining a sample, it was almost as good as seeing it in a shop. The price was great and the order was delivered within the specified time. All-in-all it was a great first experience with DCT and when we require more tiles we will certainly be back!

I found the website very easy to manoeuvre and saw just what I needed unusually fast, for me.I was having a bad brain day & couldnt work out how many tiles I needed,but there,at the end of their site was their wonderfully helpful advisor.She typed back answers immediately and this really was incredibly useful.The tiles arrived in excellent packaging and condition.Our cat is using the unlaid top tile of the pile as a superior scratch post and seat for another day.I have the raspberry colour carpet tiles & a roll of rather superior looking underlay to put down tomorrow, it all looks very promising and an event to look forward to .
