They helped me make a choice, sent samples immediately and gave a quote. When I phoned with my decision, they processed my order quickly, gave advice on installing. The tiles were delivered in 3 days and are exactly what I wanted. I couldn't rate them more highly for service and product quality (and price!).

Everyone I dealt with in this company was very helpful, from Heather in the "chatbox" to the people who confirmed the order and sent information about delivery. Generally the service received has been good. However there was a small issue when delivering the tiles. The delivery men did not communicate with head office leading them to believe tiles hadn't been delivered when they had.

I've used DCTUK twice now, once to place an internet order, and the second I called them up with a query prior to ordering - and during that call they took the order via the phone and the tiles turned up the following day. The courier they use is great as it allows very accurate delivery time expectations too.

The order ws taken promptly and the delivery driver when he contacted me about delivery time was most helpful. The price was the best I could find and the tiles are as expected.

I ordered the product between Christmas and the New Year so was expecting a delay in delivery, however, the product arrived the next morning. The product is of a good standard and the easy to use website showed a good example of the colour of the product.

I got online advice then the samples that I needed to make my choice of carpet tiles and colours. I ordered two types of tile which were delivered on the day that I was told they would be. The packaging was good so no damage or returns needed. No problems at all !
