Ordered samples which were delivered a couple of days later (it's Christmas!), followed up by helpful phone call. Subsequent order and delivery went smoothly and efficiently, again backed by personal email contact. Great experience. Will definitely use DTTUK next time.

We ordered some carpet tiles for our summerhouse and received helpful advice from the telephone team at DCT UK. The tiles arrived on the date stipulated and are of a hard wearing quality that should last a fair few years. All this and a price that we couldn't better anywhere else on the Internet. After I spent a considerable amount of time searching the right tiles to replace the carpet in my office I came across discount carpet tiles. At first things started so well. Heather was friendly and was helpful in supplying sample tiles. I then went on to place the order with Heather and to help her and so we could be 100% sure about the quantity I needed I provided a floor plan along with all measurements. I was then told I needed 96 tiles but they come in 20 to a box, this seamed ok as this gave me a few spare. However as a business owner and the office being open 7 days a week I only have small window of time for works to be carried out. So I had arranged for IT and carpet fitters to commence work on sunday night only to be woken up at 11.30pm to be told they didn't have enough tiles to finish the job. I'm now left with an office that's 9/10ths done, obviously I've had to PAY for work that has been done by the carpet fitters along with IT to work out of normal working hours that incur additional costs. The following morning I phoned to complain that the order was insufficient to meet what was required. expecting them to send another box out as a gestor of goodwill but sadly this was not the case. The best they could offer after admitting that they were at fault was a apology a 10% discount and free delivery. It didn't really bother them that I'm now left with having to PAY out AGAIN the carpet fitters to finish of the job and IT to disconnect and re connect the IT system obviously out of hours which incur additional costs to myself. A very disappointing day and NO I wouldn't use this company again!

Ordered some carpet tiles from DCTUK and the whole experience was a pleasure from the speedy arrival of samples, the help I received when I phoned to enquire about adhesive and finally the receipt of the tiles. One is constantly updated on delivery dates and arrival times and Jerome arrived with my goods spot on the time I was given. I am also very happy with the quality of my purchase. Highly recommended.

Tiles not laid yet but delivery was very quick and we were kept informed throughout the process. Tiles bought to replace identical product purchased 5 years ago. It may be that Heuga have changed their manufacturing process but the looped pile is not as dense as the previous tiles and on the light coloured ones the backing can be seen as darker spots in some places.

Very helpful when enquiringly about the product and excellent service when ordering . Good product overall.

Having ordered tiles and got a price online was then phoned to say they needed another 31 pounds delivery because of my postcode. This should have been added at the start. However went ahead with order. Had text to say delivery would be Monday, contacted them and rearranged for Wednesday as would not be at home on Monday. Got text to confirm. Came home Monday evening to find parcels in wood store sopping wet. Phoned dctuk and was told the courier passes the delivery to another company for my area. Phoned the carrier and they say they do not charge extra for my postcode and all returns were free. There is a con going on here and all I could get from the company was they would replace the wet tiles at no cost to me but would not reduce the delivery charge and would charge to cancel the order even though it was damaged. Tiles have now dried and been layed, they do look good but a terrible experience all for the sake of £30 odd pounds. Shame on you.

This is the third time I have used DCT and on every occasion they have been first rate. On this occasion, my phone call was answered quickly and my ordering problem was resolved without trouble.

Really happy with the carpet tiles.I got a free sample beforehand and so knew exactly the colour and quality of them. I liked the way they split a box for me as I only needed 30 tiles for a hallway, I would consider DCTUK again
