Excellent customer service. I would recommend this company readily. I received samples in a wittily labelled box and was kept fully informed of the progress of my order. All this and fair prices. I had received my order before I received samples requested from another company.

Just bought a second batch of Heuga capuccino carpet tiles from DCT. The first batch were half the price I could source them for locally and delivered quicker than I could have ordered them from the local dealer. Was so pleased with the tiles when they were laid that we bought some more as spares as the area where we laid them is next to the patio doors onto the back garden. Now if the dog (or anybody else) leaves muddy footprints on their way in we can swap out the dirty tiles, jet wash them and leave them to dry at our leisure.

I cannot fault you for helpfulness and service, the samples requested came the next day even though it was Saturday. We chose the one we wanted and although it had to come from Belgium it was, as we were told, exactly one week to delivery. They are resting at the moment and I can't wait to see them down!

Firstly, everyone I spoke with was absolutely fantastic. I was just a little disappointed about the information I was given, Upon enquiry, quote and purchase stage, I was told that all Carpets made in the UK would take 2 days for delivery. Upon ordering and recieving my invoice and receipt, I called to ask about expected delivery, and was told it would be over 2 weeks due to "new product not in stock". I had already arranged for a carpet fitter to fit in with the expected time schedule. I therefore had to settle for a completely different carpet, which was not the first choice and still this did not arrive within the expected delivery time of 2 days. I was left feeling a little dissappointed and felt I had to make do with what was available and not what we actually wanted. All in all, now that the carpet is down it looks good and we are happy with it.

Easy to see the products, get advice and order without fuss. The tiles arrived quickly, the adhesive was easy to use and they were fitted without fuss. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Was apprehensive about buying over the web but sample service was excellent and ordering was straightforward. Delivery was excellent, within a week of looking on the website we were fitting the carpet tiles. Unfortunately I chose a wrong colour so made the husband pick half of them up. Changing the colour and returning the unused ones could not have been simpler. Would recommend this company.

The tiles came as promised on the day and were left in our garage. I found them very easy to lay using the cans of spray adhesive with very little smell or mess which I was surprised at. My wife and I laid the whole of our loft bedroom floor in a day, I thought it was going to take two days with the tricky shape but we found it pretty easy going. Edges and cuts were the biggest challenge, but we used a sharp stanley and some heavy duty scissors. Would definitely recommend they look great.
