The online help service was very good and the delivery dates given actually arrived on the day.

I had a really specific brand and colour that I previously ordered 3 or 4 years ago, they managed to find it, import it and get it to me with 5 working days and it was genuinely a lot cheaper than I had expected to pay. I don't even do the whole review thing, but credit where credit is due...I couldn't fault them.

After searching high and low for the carpet tiles we needed for our camper van, we came across DCTUK. From the easy search and order facility on their site, to receiving the order 12 days later. This is a perfect example how companies should work. Although maybe a small order compared to most, (15 different coloured carpet tiles) When I put the order in on line late one night. DCTUK rang me up first thing just to check my order as it was different to most - They also said that it would take an extra couple of days to put together. Which was totally understandable. 12 days later the tiles arrived delivered by DPD. I would recommend buying from this company! Chris Webber
