Excellent service at very competitive prices

DCT sent the carpet tiles quickly, well packaged, and they arrived totally undamaged. Customer service was excellent, and the price was amazing too. There were no negatives, I would definitely recommend them.

The staff at DCTUK were informative and helpful throughout the process. The product is excellent and the whole process provides great value for money.

I've never contacted a more helpful group of people than DCTUK. Nervously I started an online chat as a mum with 2 boys & no knowledge at all. I asked for advise for a durable but soft carpet tile for bare feet and was even more vague with colours being greyish & plumish. The sales person was amazing sending me links to suggested tiles & colours and actually calling me on the telephone to assist me further. When enough tiles were't available in 1 range they checked when they would be or for an alternative. The tiles came on time & totally true to colour. So easy to lay & cut . Fantastic Team who deserve more than 5 stars !!

I am on a budget and ordered some cheaper tiles , delivery was very quick and good service, however when I decided the tiles did not suit my room as they looked much darker online I asked to return them. I was told someone would call me to arrange collection. I did not get a call just a very blunt email about collection. I Wanted to purchase some different tiles but I never got the chance !!! As no one spoke to me. I feel like my purchase was low key and because I didn't spend a lot of money ( just under £90) I was not a valued customer . I have since gone elsewhere and got great service. Very disappointed by customer service but cannot complain about speedy delivery.

Received Heuga carpet tiles really quickly as promised , originally tried to get someone to fit them for me , but they didn't turn up ,so have managed to fit them myself with instructions from the website ( my husband is very impressed ! ) the quality and colour is perfect and looks lovely in the dining end of our kitchen . I bought these without sending for a sample this shows how good the colours are on the website because the colour is just like I hoped it would be . Thank you for excellent service would recommend .

Had a problem with an online order. Customer services contacted me sorted the problem and honored the extra discount which had expired. A good company to deal with and highly recommended for price and quality of customer care.

I can honestly say that DCTUK were a pleasure to do business with. The website is so easy to navigate around, choose samples, review what you've chosen etc. Samples sent straight out as was main order. In these days online mail order etc, this is a shining beacon of how it should be done. Further more, I had cause to phone them, and got to speak to a real human, straight away, who could help, without being passed from pillar to post!

Ordered online and received a message the tiles I wanted were out of stock. I needed something quickly as we had visitors coming. Sales person that I called was amazing. Spent time discussing what I needed. Made appropriate suggestions and got samples to me the next day. She then rushed through my final order to get it here in time. Can't fault them.

I was looking for Heuga carpet tiles to replace some that have got a bit tired. Checked out the local supplier who were reasonably helpful but said they would have to order them in and they would take around 10 days. Searched on-line and found DCT, same tiles, half the price, 48 hour delivery. Whats not to like?
