Could not believe how quick my order was delivered. I ordered samples on a Wednesday pm they arrived the following day. I placed my order via the web at 1.00pm on the Friday, at 1.30pm an email arrived in my in tray to say that the goods had been dispatched and would arrive on Monday morning. And they did. What wonderful service. The goods were exactly what I had ordered and were of an excellent quality. Would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 3 samples and then the main order both came next day. Excellent service and quality of tiles.

Any samples that we requested were with us Next Day, no questions. When we placed our order the quantity of tiles we required were not in stock . We were given an arrival date but the tiles were ready one day before. Communication is first class and the tiles were perfect for our requirements.

I went on line and a 'pop up 'appeared asking if she could help . I gave her the measurements in feet and inches , I was told how many carpet tiles I needed and I duly ordered them , when they arrived I set them out and the order was well under by around at least 7 , this resulted in me ordering more , not only incurring more post but ran the risk of not having same shade , fortunately the latter did not apply .

I could not believe the price, 68.00 to finish off my Conservatory. A 78yr old Female....I DID IT...they came out terrific....everyone that's seen it love it......will be warmer in the Winter than ceramic tiles, they look great for a fraction of the price and are hard wearing...

I ordered our tiles online and found the website clear and easy to use. The order came when I was told it would and DCTUK kept me updated on the delivery. The tiles are great and make our conservatory look even bigger!!
