I placed my order for not the most expensive carpet tiles, the delivery was really outstanding, very quick and packaged really well. Being a person who lives by the saying "you get what you pay for" I was exceptionally thrilled with my purchase, the quality was really good considering they were not really expensive. From ordering to very prompt helpful delivery service

The free samples is an excellent idea. Letting me gauge the colours I wanted. Had a call up saying they were on the way. When I ordered them they came exactly when stated on email.

I found DCTUK highly responsive, Heather was on the Instant Chat, was very proactive and sent a variety of tiles in line with my requirements through in line with my requirements. She was really responsive not pushy and I have to say the price for the tile I went for was better than I could get anywhere else.

ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, price reasonable, but you should include the vat in your web site. Now all I need is somebody with a better back than mine to lay them!

Chose the Heuga carpet tiles in the colour I wanted, ordered very easily as DCTUK give advice on how many tiles are required. The tiles were delivered the next day........AMAZING! I highly recommend this company for their price, choice, delivery and excellent service.

I was given expert advice about the tiles and under tiles which were easily laid down in my bathroom, prompt service, gt value and feet feel snug and cosy

Not too thrilled at all . Firstly received an email to say goods dispatched nothing arrived so I emailed to check and was told we shouldn't have received email and will be end of week when delivered . End of week nothing then goods came Monday I have to say as time stated by delivery man . Goods damaged spray adhesive packed on top of tiles in the box and had burst ruining tiles and using up half of adhesive !! Finally got a refund but won't use company again sorry to say .
