Ordered on 12 June on strength of promise of "lightning fast delivery". Delivered on 21 June after having to phone to ask if the order had been lost and with 1 tile short, although the product feels good quality. Disappointing, as I had intended to place more orders.

We ordered a number of carpet tile samples at different stages while we made up our minds regarding colour choice. The samples all arrived promptly and well packed. Sales staff contacted us every so often to see how we were getting on but were never pushy, always helpful with giving advice. Good value carpet tiles, very flexible ordering even for small quantities, very speedy delivery. What isn't there to like?

Drew a blank trying to source suitable carpet tiles at local carpet centres and found the dctuk website - what a breath of fresh air - fantastic easy to follow site and so many carpet tiles to view at discount prices with the option of ordering samples. Samples arrived within 24 hours and I had several web chats and phone calls with very knowledgeable people who guided us through to placing our order. The tiles we wanted to order were not currently in stock but an order was rushed through and we received them very quickly. Outstanding customer service and probably the best trader I have dealt with for many years.
