Carpet tiles very good quality & much cheaper than those sold in stores. I would recommend this Company to anyone thinking of buying carpet tiles.

Products good and instalay fine for the tiles. Delivery made in two separate lots as tiles out of stock, and the latter about a week after the first. This necessitated phone calls to establish situation.

We used DCT for a second time because we were so impressed with their level of service on their first order. However as I write this review we are awaiting confirmation of the second order delivery, 'we'll definitely deliver no later than Friday', and it is now Thursday evening! Expected better. DCT have got some very dedicated people, and some very user friendly sets of operating parameters. But when the tiles aren't in stock, expect no better than the worse!!!

I ordered my Heuga tiles via the internet and phoned to confirm delivery. The price was good. A delivery date was given with approximate time of delivery and it was exactly as expected. I have used this supplier before and would, and have, recommended them to others.

I began by requesting two sample tiles, which failed to arrive in the first week (but subsequently did so after twelve days.) DST phoned me to ask my opinion on my chosen tiles which of course still had not arrived. The agent said she would ring again after a week. I then received an email from customer services asking my opinion on the sample tiles, and I responded by stating I was still awaiting them. The response was that another sample set would be dispatched immediately. The duly arrived two days later. I approved of the samples and placed an order which was delivered within 48 hours. The actual sale was efficiently dealt with and the correct goods arrived. One point is that there were no instructions with the tiles and although I did not need them having layed heuga tiles several times, I think a novice might experience some difficulty.

Samples helped me choose, and delivery was quick and as expected. A lot cheaper than elsewhere. Very pleased.
