Fast friendly service, will use again

bought two lots of tiles from this company, very reasonably priced, great customer service, and delivered very quickly, the only thing was trying to get the delivery people to deliver at a reasonable time for me, as I was at work

I ordered tiles for my kitchen, easy website to use, fast and efficient delivery.

Very happy with 'sample' service which I received within one day. Happy with quality of tile when received. However, on receipt of first delivery found there was shortage of five tiles. No explanation or apology from delivery department. Second delivery of five tiles arranged (had to wait one week) but found on receipt another one tile short. No explanation or apology from delivery department.

Sent for 2 lots of samples which were promptly sent. After making a decision we ordered from DCT as they allowed us to order the exact amount rather than boxes of 20. We chose Heuga tiles for our kitchen and are very pleased with the finished product. I spoke with the sales team on a few occasions and thought they were extremely helpful.

Website easy to navigate. Ordered sample which came very quickly. Price was best found after searching on the web so placed order. Goods delivered in days. Very pleased with purchase.

Ordered a sample tile for free, arrived next day. Then put order in for tiles, informed me they would phone to arrange day then gave me a 1 hour slot in which they would be delivered, then phoned on the day to say they would be there within the hour, and they were! excellent!

Customer service at point of sale was great and I got a small discount too. However delivery took longer than it should. The delivery company asked confirmation of our postcode as it "wasn't on their system" and took my mobile number in case they couldn't find us. Hence to say they tried to deliver and did not call me so missed delivery! We rung the company who got us to deal directly with the delivery company they use, this I found annoying if Royal Mail, BT and all our other suppliers can find us why couldn't you? We did however receive two can of adhesive we ordered separately?! After much towing and froing we took delivery of our carpet tiles, it consumed a few hours and was stressful and to a small business time is money. Wont use them again.

Unbelievably fast response to orders for both free samples and actual carpet tiles. Good value, too. Will definitely use again.

Very helpful company, sent out samples, price was very competitive, and delivery was quick. Good quality Heuga tiles at great prices. Highly recommended.

Firstly I would like to say the help I received over the phone was excellent. However, initially a colleague of mine ordered some tiles for a job in London, to be delivered on a Friday. The contractor carrying out the work thought we might need some more so I placed an additional order for 16 tiles. The earliest these could be delivered was a Saturday which incurred an additional fee of £75. However these tiles did not arrive until Monday and were delivered to my address and not to the requested address in London. In addition to this it turned out that the original order placed by my colleague was duplicated and arrived on the Friday negating the need for the additional order that I had placed. Distribution were looking into this but as of yet I have had no response and would appreciate a refund.

The tiles are good quality and perfectly sized - very pleased with them. Not keen on their delivery company as the driver and said there was no one in when he called and that he had left a card about re delivery These were both lies as there was someone here and he did not leave a card. This delay cost me money as the person who was going to lay them had to be paid in spite of not having anything to lay. Doubt if I will use this company again.

The carpet tiles I chose are really nice and very good quality, especially for the price! I rang for advise as I had problems placing my order on line and the person I spoke to in sales was very friendly and helpful. I also got delivery quickly. Altogether, excellent!

Discount Carpet Tiles UK: Good website - clear and with lots of examples of product and room settings. Tile quantity calculator really useful. Good Phones sales - helpful in sending out samples - even a second sample. Easy to make final order. Good delivery - emailed us the day and then phoned final time. Not so good - packing - tiles in box far too small. As a result some corners were bent. Not a problem as I used them on the edges as cut tiles. If only all companies could deliver this kind of service - life would be a lot easier. Started laying tiles - really pleased.

Staff all very helpful. The only comment I would make, if I had to find something to moan about, was the attitude of the delivery driver. Not very patient and helpful.

Very happy with the service, delivery, product from start to finish

The Website was very slow over Easter & I took several attempts before placing the order. I received a text the day after ordering stating my order would be delivered by TNT the following day. I waited in all day & a few minutes before 1700 TNT arrived with a tub of adhesive, no tiles. I phoned & clicked for despatch, the phone just rang out, I re-phoned & clicked another service to be told my tiles would be delivered direct from Heuga, but she had idea when. I phoned again the next day & eventually spoke to a very unhelpful member of despatch who knew nothing. He eventually agreed to contact Heuga & "E" mail me an E.T.A. I received nothing. The tiles did arrive later that day. The Heuga tiles were at a competitive price, & as advertised, but the inconvenience of waiting around, not knowing, for 2 separate deliveries, was never worth the competitive price. I would not use his Company again.
