This has been a great learning experience. The personal touch of teaching is great. Joe Moennig and the other instructors take the time to explain and give their own experience as examples that helps me learn. I would recommend his methods to anyone who wants to learn real estate investing.

Robin is very patient and knows what he is teaching. He answered all my questions about how the process worked. I wish I had more time with him to actually do a deal. The classes were very informative and the homework made you stop and think. From How to estimate ARV to determining maximum offer and all scripted material to make an offer.

I was introduced to Tax Lien Wealth Builders in one of their one day seminars. There was a lot of knowledge poured into us in a few hours which was very valuable. The Tax Lien Wealth Builders team helped me develop a coaching plan to grow my real estate investing businesses via tax liens, deeds and wholesaling. My experience with my coach (Joe M.) has been really productive and straight to the point. I am a hands on person as far as learning or training. Joe really makes sure that you understand the Wholesaling process with a clear and straight to the point explaination. I was very nervous in the beginning as I am so foreign to any Real Estate dealing and I feel like I can close a deal now. I have learned so much within the first 2-3 sessions with Joe.
