The Tax Lien Wealth Builders is an excellent program. I enjoyed the 3 day session followed up with the Immersions training. I learned a lot from the professionals. Larry Lee is my Concierge and he is awesome. He follows up with me and guides me through sessions to review. He is very professional and has a lot of patience. Great person! I have joined several programs and felt like I was a little fish lost in the ocean. But not for Tax Lien wealth builders. My concierge, Larry Lee has been amazing indeed. He proactively calls me and checks in. I personally do not want to 'bother' people but his calling me often has helped me ask and not feel funny like I am bothering him. I text, email, or call when I need to and he replies promptly if he is unavailable. Every week, he checks in and gives me the next steps. I feel like my hands are being held through the program. Right at the end of one call, he schedules for the next call. I love the accountability. I have to behave :) Now the Immersion was so revved about, and I got it when I attended. So So worth it. Coach Eric Llyod was amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable. No question was a sill question. He answered all while maintaining very positive posture. The stories he told with his many years of experience added a tasteful flavor to the menu. I can retell those stories today. That's how relevant the stories were. The two days at Immersion definitely made the whole program come full circle. Now my husband and I are looking forward to making some money. I know we have to do our own part with the many resources that have been made available to us. Let's gooooo!

I’ve had a great experience working with Larry Lee. He’s been extremely helpful, always providing guidance and answering any questions I’ve had along the way. His support has made navigating the process a lot easier, even when things felt a bit overwhelming. The Tax Lien & Tax Deed Mastery has been very packed with useful information. While it can be a lot to absorb, the depth of content is valuable for someone with no prior knowledge and has been very helpful in understanding this complex area. I didn’t enjoy the immersion—it just felt like a repeat of everything I’d already spent so much time learning online. On top of that, it was in a classroom setting with only one professional, which seemed to make him uncomfortable and stressed, too.

Recently I completed 6 sessions of tax lien and deed investing with a coach from Tax Lien Wealth Builders, Ashley Rocchio. Having been a real estate investor for a number of years, I knew there were items of tax lien/deed investing I was familiar with, and perhaps some more detailed aspects I needed educating on. Ashley came to our meetings prepared to cover certain items more deeply than others; by my request, she focused the lessons on areas I would need more assistance on, and less focus on general items like comps, searches, etc., that I would have already been somewhat familiar with. Her teaching method helped us cover more technical investing details that I needed help on, and gave us time to explore investing opportunities in multiple states across the country. Not only was she prepared for each lesson on topics she felt would move us along; she was prepared to answer my barrage of questions, and to keep us moving and focused, as I tended to discuss appurtenant items that weren't always on topic. Overall, I learned quite a bit, I will still need some more tutelage on the finer points in various states, and am signing up with Ashley again for a few more sessions.
