My experience with Larry Lee has been great he is kind,helpful,patient and he really knows his stuff. He explains really well. The company offers me a guide step by step to keep learning and improving my knowledge. I have nothing bad to say about this company at all, It has been a delight to learn from them.

Hello I just wanted to say a couple things about the immersion that I went to in Nashville Tennessee this past weekend it was a great time with awesome people the coach there Irving was a very good teacher and since I've joined the class my concierge Mr Willey, has not missed a beat he calls me and keeps me accountable for doing my modules and learning my lessons so far everyone at this company has been 100% helpful and just really great people I have great people helping me out Miss Amanda has been very helpful also along with my personal coach Mr Ryan who takes his time patiently and explains in detail every step of everything that we need to know. So with that being said I couldn't help but give a perfect rating to this awesome company. Not to mention, even their super nice and friendly boss Mackenzie didn't mind taking her time explaining things in detail to me at the immersion. I just finished Immersion 2025 with Coach Eric at TLWB! It was fantastic! Coach Eric was patient, humorous and shared so much with us from his extensive experience. Three day immersion course with Eric Lloyd was very informative. Especially, interesting topics were funding options, formulas for valuations and hints and hacks strategies.

Attended Immersion Training with Eric Lloyd in Scottsdale, AZ. Learned a tremendous amount - from identifying deals, evaluating properties, completing due diligence, as well as securing funding for real estate opportunities nationwide. I highly recommend the training for those who’ve only dreamed of real estate to even those who have already have experience.

They have increased my knowledge in this area significantly, and I feel well equipped on my real estate journey. Tana has been a great help with checking in on me and answering my questions.
