McKenzy is Phenomenal! She is VERY knowledgeable and relates things in a fun, easy to understand way. I've struggled with trying to learn the "How to's" of Tax Lien investing in the past and now I feel like I have a much better understanding of the process, thanks to McKenzy. This was time well spent, and the duration of the program enabled so much more information than shorter classes. My first time being able to sit through the entire class though. From the information provided and demonstration of processes like funding, identifying cash buyers, networking, calculations, and the basic principles needed to do wholesaling, (Word document downloaded), I am confident to utilize the websites provided to start doing searches to identify homes and start the wholesaling process on my own right now. It is a long session but was very worthwhile for me.
