This is an excellent class I didn’t know anything about tax liens and now I am on the right track to become an expert at it!!!! Really good class I strongly recommend it…

The course has been an excellent experience in getting started. There was a lot of info in the workshops. My only request would be to take a little more time with the software. I would like to thoroughly understand how to maximize it.

Karl Benson's training on wholesale strategies was terrific. A lot of information was provided in a concise, understandable way. It was delivered online and I found I was engaged the entire time.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into. After going thru the workshop & the first 6 training sessions, I am extremely excited about the opportunity to get more involved. Thank you for having this available for me to participate in.

The Quick Start Session with Eric Lloyd was very informative. We covered a variety of topics relevant to creating and growing our business. Everytime we attend these courses, we learn more and gain more confidence in the searching for properties. Loved that we were able to interact with each other and learn from everyone's questions...everyone participated. He provided awesome information as well as tools to complete a successful RE deal.

I wanted to find a way to become financially independent without working 16 hours a day for a low salary and no recognition. As a single, divorced woman in my late 50's I feel fortunate to have found the support and opportunities that this company has provided.

The information that Erin provided was very helpful on getting started with tax liens and deeds. This is a very overwhelming topic for somebody who’s just learning and there’s a lot of different due diligence that needs to be done with a lot of different portals to access. The biggest hurdle I find moving forward is understanding the consequences of your purchase and the unknowns, which could end up costing you a lot of money in the end. My recommendation would be to create a roadmap as far as the steps that a person needs to go through to make sure all the due diligence is done prior to making a good decision in a purchase, which needs to be shared with students. For those of us who are more process oriented this would be a big help.

Just went through the Buy and Hold by Karl Benson. He was awesome! He went through examples, stepped through everything, and went step by step for the calculations. This was so informative and explained how to get more profit and when not to look at it. Again, just awesome information and thorough!!!

Eric Lloyd was great!!! Provided a very thorough training on the basics of Real Estate Investing. He had some great handouts to help you figure simple loans, how to analyze and determine costs of acquiring properties. Went through the process of several scenarios step by step and showed how to do it on various helpful software programs. Made a 3 hour class seem like only an hour but again, very thorough. Highly recommended - both the class and Eric Lloyd.

The Real Estate Quick Start class was amazing. Eric Lloyd was a great teacher, enthusiastic and kept me attentive the whole time. Showing formulas and navigation of Property Edge Pro was top notch. I plan on taking Eric's advice by attending the class as many times as I am allowed so I can continue to learn. I was told at a young age that practice does not make perfect, however perfect practice makes perfect. I feel this class is my perfect practice. Thank you again Eric. Until next time.
