In process of seeking refund for an order placed beginning of May. I only ordered because items said in-stock and Tacklewarhouse was out of stock. However, once my order was placed and I received email confirmation, everything I just purchased was out of stock. I have heard nothing from the company despite emails and "online chat" function (they never responded). Will not be ordering through them again and looks like I'll have to go through CC company to seek refund.

NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Bad customer service! Decided to buy some lures from here, everything was good until I had to call them because I haven’t received anything about my orders being shipped. Waited hours to get a pick up to just to be told that the items WERE NOT IN STOCK! But, I told them the website said they did! Canceled My order, and still haven’t received my refund back yet. Emailed them, no replies yet either.

I will not be shopping form tackle direct anymore this is the first and last time. Shipping was slow the website said items were in stock that were not and after calling before my order to insure my reel would be spooled and rudely told If I put it in the comments we did it. They did not spool my reel they did not even have the line in stock and when I settled for a lighter pound braid I got no discount in price.

I'd have to say at first I was a little nervous because the reel came with the invoice saying sent didn't know about the pole.i never received any info on it but it ended up coming in the next day. Thanks.

I love these shoes, Soft Science has stopped making them, so it doesn’t really matter, but the shoes are more charcoal grey than black. I suspect they faded. However, service was super, and I ordered something else from Tackle Direct.

I have only received half the items I had ordered and one of the item was the wrong product. I ordered 60lbs leader and received 100lbs leader. I have returned the 100 lbs leader and I'm still waiting for the 60lbs leader.

Last year I placed an order with tackle direct and it was a total disaster. Only half of my order was delivered and when I called to speak with them I waited on hold for hours without any response. The only way I was able to get them to respond and to get my remaining items was to write a nasty review online. This year I decided to give tackle direct another chance and unfortunately I’m dealing with the same BS again. I’m Missing items from my order for weeks again and nobody is picking up the phone. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! This will be the last time I make this mistake.
