Order num 315826712 am still waiting for my order(760 $ exclude shippment).The order was made on 2 February after waiting for more than one month i realized that they wrongly sent my order via USPS courier instead by UPS. An email was sent to them regarding the issue. On 24 March they replied and admitted their error and said that they will refund the shippment and that my order is currently en route to me, thats all neither they gave me a new tracking number nor they are replying my mail to inform me where is my order.

Great Rods. I own several of these which are equipped with high end reels AVET( also purchased from TACKLE DIRECT. You can’t beat the price point and reliability of these rods I have used them over the past few years to Catch a variety of fish including porgies ; black Sea bass , blue fish and strippers . Wow buyer beware they will show you an item in stock and charge you only to send you an email later stating your item is not in stock and you can't cancel the order for 30 days!!!!! I won't even go into how pathetic they're customer service is. Just know you may have gotten me on 1 reel but this is what you missed. After the less than desirable experience with your shade tree company i have since went out and bought 2ea penn carnage II poles, along with 2ea penn sql30vsw 1ea penn rampage 1ea daiwa saltist 5000 and 1ea daiwa saltist pole. You should add that up because this is what happens when your company misleads someone and your customer service is garbage!!! My advice go through Amazon, 2 days shipping not unknown, basically same price (must not be all that they can't even offer free shipping when you spend over $150 on a reel) Amazon has great customer service, talking to these people makes me want to jump in a pool full of gators. Hope it was worth it! You got me, 1st experience equals never shop with your company again and I'll divert anyone i see interested in your site to deal people that don't just take your money and push you off to the side.

my paypal account has been charged but my order got canceled. order number is 808916. i was not notified of the cancellation either. my main problem is that the money has been charged and i cant buy it from anywhere else where i urgently need the shipment for an upcoming trip!

Ordered an on sale item, expensive reel from Shimano. They never had in stock. 30 days and still nothing. Claim they blame it on shimano. Canceling order.

I ordered a st. Croix surf rod today. The credit card was charged but I didn’t receive any confirm email.

Ordered 2 items 10 days ago. 1st was delivered timely. 2nd item they cannot even give me an update as i've called 3 days in a row to only be told someone will get back to me. Day 4, I hope I hear from someone.

If you like to wait for 6 weeks from ordering to partial delivery, If you like to pay up front when placing the order, no response from customer support, mixing up your order with that of other customers and not getting what you ordered…well, then this is the place for you.
