Always very helpful if you need to contact them and our vet works with them so our claims have always been paid to him promptly, all I had to do was sign and leave the rest to them. Highly recommend

Having made a claim on the Vetsure policy, the service was so responsive. The claim was dealt with in a very short timescale and I was then notified that the money had been sent to my account. Fast, efficient, no nonsense! Great service.

With any claim I am always charged extra £20 because my local vet is not on Vetsure list of ‘approved’ vets. Which reminds me, I must look into changing my insurance company, find someone with no hidden charges.
