I have been with Vetsure for almost 3 years and have never experienced a problem with any claim. If for any reason I have had to call them they are always cheerful and helpful. It is never an easy time when things go wrong with a pet so knowing Vetsure is there to help makes it easier. I would recommend this company.

As a new cat owner with a rescue, when my cat got a UTI and was very poorly, vesture were great. The paperwork was a breeze and payment was handled quickly and efficiently. More importantly the process didn't hold up any of the treatment so George was home within days and right as rain.

Vetsure really is first rate. The insurance cover options are really flexible. The response times and excellent quality customer service are impressive. Any queries are simply and professionally handled, both by email and on the phone. I did have to make a claim recently. It was processed very quickly and without fuss. We have received top quality service at a time when we needed it most. Our little dog, Molly, was very poorly and had to have treatment and an operation which we most definitely would not have been able to afford. Apart from an initial excess of £69 Vetsure Insurance covered the cost of 2 Vets bills which amounted to a considerable amount of money. Throughout the entire claims process there was no fuss and no hassle. Molly is now fit and well. Thank you Vetsure!
