Beautiful jewellery! I needed to exchange a ring for a different size and could return free of charge. I was kept up to date and was very happy with the contact. Really lovely, unusual designs that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Pendant wasn't hallmarked due to it not being real silver, only the necklace is hallmarked and not worth the listed price. Misleading information. Beautiful pieces but not precious metal.

Really unhappy with the customer service. I received my item quickly, however when I tried to process a return according to your returns policy it was unsuccessful. I emailed regarding this matter twice and have not received any response. I was hoping to swap my item however now I will never buy from you again.

Absolutely brilliant

Great range of rings for men. The Compass Ring is beautiful and conveys a heartfelt message. Well made, nice and solid and arrived really quickly!

The items I brought (which were two loop daisy earings) were exactly how it showed in the pictures. The products are value for money although they were a bit small. The delivery was quick. The bags where the items come with were a pleasant surprise. Loved the experience with this company concerning this items

Awful customer service. Waiting for a response for over a week now about a refund that was delivered to them on the 24th of January

Serge denimes has by far the worst customer experience I have come across. I placed an exchange weeks ago and have heard nothing from the team, despite my return arriving with them over two weeks ago. I have repeatedly emailed, dm’d and tried to find a phone number but have been IGNORED multiple times. I spent a significant amount of money and so far have nothing to show for it. Disgusting.
