Brazil | 04 January 2023A true nightmare I bought rings on Nov. 26th and some of them didn't fit. Since then, it's been impossible to return them. Not only must we pay for the shipping (I live in the EU and the store is in the UK), print labels, etc, but the company refuses to exchange sizes if you live in the EU. Only refunds are accepted. Conveniently, the price for the same exact ring on their website is now nearly double (now that Black Friday is over). I Since the returning process seemed complicated, I informed them a month ago that I would be in the UK in a few days, and would return the items personally whilst there. Upon arriving in the UK and contacting customer service, I was informed that exchanges were still not accepted, despite the fact that I was in London, where the store is supposedly located. I was informed I needed a different label, which would be mailed to me so I could finally return the items. However, no tags were ever provided and I am about to leave the UK now, without a resolution to this matter. I must now transport the rings back into the EU, which is very frustrating. I want to reiterate that I informed the company a month ago about the return, and that I would return the items personally. Nothing was ever said at the time about needing a different label, which could've been provided weeks ago. I also want to mention that whilst in the UK, I offered to personally go to a store to have this fixed, either by exchanging sizes or getting a refund, but the company declined my request. I was instructed to keep waiting for a label that never came. This causes a lot of inconvenience, not to mention delays in the refund process. Avoid if you can!

Was aware of the mail strikes but ordered it 3 days before them and hasn’t seemed to make a difference. Paid for Royal Mail 48 tracked and 4 days later still nothing. I don’t mind waiting usually but I am moving country so wouldn’t have bothered if I had known. Would be dubious of relying on delivery times. I have emailed but no reply so far.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2022Terrible company and terrible service. Bought a ring, sent it back for an exchange for a smaller size which was delivered to them on the 10/12. It is now the 19th and have had 0 updates on the status of the item. Wont respond to emails and the scummy company deletes messages posted on their Instagram page. I would avoid if I were you. I’ll be initiating a Chargeback if I don’t receive an email back in the following days

It's been 8 days now and the delivery is still in progress. I tried reaching out the SD on email and Instagram but to no avail. Will not order again.

Please don’t advertise 48 hour shipping when the item was only delivered to Royal Mail 8 working days after it was purchased.

I've been trying for a few months to try and find the perfect ring for myself and decided to take a gamble with "Serge Denimes" I was worrying about the right ring sizes and the quality of the product etc, but it fits perfectly and looks exactly like it was shown in the pictures. Thanks guys, I appreciate it. ;)
