Ordered a ring almost 2 weeks ago now which was supposed to arrive in 48 hours. Still hasn’t arrived.

Awful, can only say the items are low quality because they don't exist. 'Guaranteed 24 hour delivery and same day dispatch' bullsh*t. Took them 9 days to 'dispatch' royal mail still hasn't received the order so as far as I'm concerned it has not been sent at all. Takes their 'support' 3+ days to reply. Just don't bother, if you want jewelery buy it somewhere in person as I imagine I'm going to have to take this up with my bank to get my money back.

No sign of delivery that was supposed to take 48 hours and is now delayed by nearly a week. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered for a few days and there is no customer service line to call.

The goods have not been received

Ordered something on the 24th Nov with 48 hour shipping and it still hasnt arrived (2nd december) - I messaged customer services a few days ago but still have yet to receive a reply. Fantastic!

Over a week since my purchase and my item is nowhere to be seen. Not even a dispatch notice. Contacted the site, still no response.

Good quality and super fast shipping

If you can't complete the 24 hour delivery then it shouldn't be an option on site. Ordered Friday morning and it's now Wednesday afternoon and no sign of the parcel. Additionally, customer service have been slow and unhelpful. A shame because the products seem good from what I've seen and seem to be letting themselves down.

Rosa, the lady who dealt with my enquiry was amazing from start to finish. It's fair to say that I came across these amazing rings in Liberty (London) unfortunately they didn't have my ring size and so after a lot of back and forth, we finally managed to get the right size and EVERYONE has complimented me on the stunning ring, saying how nice it is. Ordered a necklace more than two weeks ago. Shipping hasn't updated in a week and a half. Necklace is still overseas. Update: it is now December 13 and I still have not received my necklace that I ordered back in October. Customer service now will not responding to any of my emails. Tracking last updated mid November. Do not order from this company.
