Ordered a selection of sauces to try and have been impressed. Did wait a while for the Burnt pineapple to come back in stock, but definitely worth the wait. Order arrived within a few days of ordering and was packaged well. Great value, excellent product and hassle free ordering.

Hi. I've made my first order from there online shop. I was very very keen to try the burnt pineapple sauce witch I bought 2 of them. The only problem that I had was the sauce is way to spicy and overpoweres the burnt pineapple taste. You feel only the spicynes of the sauce with a shadow of pineapple taste. It's a very nice and premium sauce, all of them are but if you can balance this sauce a bit will be great. Thank you

That Habanero Ketchup is no joke and super delicious. Didn't know I could feel so much pain from eating chips. 5 stars.

Placed quite big order during their Black Friday sale but it never arrived. They dispatched it using Fedex, but they failed to deliver it, just every day reported as "Customer not available". When asked Sauce Shop for support, they just sent a bunch of emojis, instead of providing any real help. Asked to confirm what address they dispatched my order to - no answer. Asked to send it using Royal Mail (as it's listed as one of delivery partners on their website) - no answer, just emojis. After my order was returned back to them, they tried to charge me for delivery, which never happened, but thanks to Paypal, I was able to get 100% of my money back. Loved these products, but will be buying other brands, as they are less problematic.

Charlotte gave me some of the best customer support I've had in years. I had some real issues when it came to the delivery, and Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure that I was finally able to collect my sauces from a delivery depot. She was patient, polite and constantly chased on her side. I can only recommend Sauce Shop more because of the customer service. Also the sauces were pretty good too - I highly recommend the chipotle and lime aoili!

Have always had good service from Sauce Shop (and their products are good as well.) I recently had a problem with a delivery, in that one of the product jars was shattered. Due to poor handling of the carriers? All other products were fine. Contacted Sauce Shop and had a replacement within 3 days. Could not ask for better service.

I learnt of Sauce Shop after watching Gordon Ramsay's Future Food Stars. Of course I had to order the Hapea! I also found my two favourite flavours in the world. Carolina Mustard Bbq and Buffalo Hot Sauce. After living in the USA for 15 years these were a staple in my diet, but since being back home in the UK I hadn't found decent ones. They are both absolutely awesome flavours. Great price. Pleasant consistency. Modern glass bottles. Sustainable packaging. Plus they last many weeks if kept in the fridge. I will definitely order the Carolina Mustard and Buffalo again, plus there are so many more varieties of sauces, aoilis, mayos, bbq, simmer sauces and more on their website. It's like flavour heaven! I won't list all the ones I can't wait to try, I will bore you! Something for everyone though. The Hapea was not invented by Sauce Shop, so I will say that I wasn't a big fan. It just needed a little more kick. Although it does taste like slightly curried, mushy peas and will go great on Fish and Chips!! Just like it says. The order arrived very quickly via tracked delivery. Even though they must have been very busy after the episode aired on TV. The team seems very friendly and I'm sure if there was ever an issue they would totally help out. They have great gift packs and different offers. I'll be ordering again soon for sure. I really wish they would make a Green Hot Sauce!

I unfortunately have to keep coming back for the chilli jam. It is just beyond amazing. To my detriment I have this time had to order some of the pe ketchup. Mainly because I know it will be epic on a fishfinger buttie.

Delicious sauces and excellent customer support! I've been ordering from them for a few years now and the sauces are always excellent quality. One of my sauces did open in the box during my last delivery, but customer support was lovely and they sent a replacement very quickly!
