Great product and customer service with very fast delivery

Always loved these sauces and could never have any complaints, quick delivery and the quality is always the same! My favourite tomato sauce and mayonnaise by a mile, I personally did not like the bbq even though a lot of people love it but I would always try anything they release and will continue to order!

I've tried several Sauce Shop products and they've all been bang on so I went full in and ordered a build a box selection. Such great flavours all round, the Smoky Chipotle Mayo was amazing on my lunchtime salad 😍

After placing my first order, I received an email with tracking number (Tracked 48)to confirm that it was dispatched on 2nd July. On 6th July I emailed to say that I hadn't received and RM appeared to be still awaiting the parcel. Charlotte then emailed to say it actually went out on 3rd and there were delays. James then contacted me on 7th for a review on the sauces. I informed him that I hadn't actually received any. Charlotte then informed me on 8th that she had queried with RM and to give her 72 hours which I have. Emailed again today and am no not receiving any replies at all. Extremely disappointing for a new customer to experience.

James Is a person to avoid. We decided not to work with producing his labels. We are that bad that because we decide not to work with him anymore, he then decides to try and damage our great reputation, a sad individual!

I've been buying the Sauce Shop products from my local Sainsbury's for about a year now. Sadly, the stock seems to have dried up now so I ordered direct. I really enjoy the ketchup, the Carolina Mustard and the Sriracha sauce amongst others. The quality has been excellent and the taste is very authentic. I'm lucky enough (pre covid) to travel to Texas a fair bit and I find the sauces to be similar to what you'd experience in a Texas BBQ joint. Perfect for me and it offers solid offerings from the more mustard based South Carolina styles of BBQ. This is my first order from them direct, ordered on Friday and arrived on Monday afternoon. The communication was great, informative and clear. The delivery was well packaged, really well packaged and I'm looking forward to explore the wider range and the rubs.

Trying to support smaller businesses during this terrible time so used Sauce Shop for the first time. Really impressed with the service and love the after service emails that come through. Bought a range as presents for Xmas and treated myself to a Cranberry ketchup and the Buffalo wings starter pack. I found the ketchup a little too sweet for my liking but the Buffalo sauce was the best I've ever tried. Being a lover of hot food I am usually disappointed especially in restaurants where it is assumed because I am female I want mild food. Happily this sauce is very hot!

Have been purchasing sauces from here for nearly a year now. The everyday Chili Sauce is amazing. It goes on anything and we use it nearly every day. Sriracha Mayo and Chipotle Mayo are just as good. They also have several different kinds of cooking sauces for making things like enchiladas, pasta bakes, and Indian food dishes. I am trying out the spice rubs on my next order!! Give them a try you will not be disappointed!!!!

Based on purely the sauces and the company in general this review is 5 star. Every one we have tried has been excellent with the cherry bbq our fave! One thing that I would like to say (and this is possibly due to the product being new, am not certain) is that the fridge pack bottles arent an incredible design with a few flaws. The closing mechanism seems to be a little off and the squirting if the sauce a little tricky to control! That said the sauce is great and we look forward to buying more in 2021.

I was fortunately bought a gift pack of sauces for my birthday so I can't speak of the ordering process. However as a chilli nut I can categorically confirm these sauces are absolutely great. I'm genuinely amazed they are as tasty as they are with so few ingredients, absolutely no "bs" ingredients at all. Will become a regular purchase after I get through the several bottles I've got. Be warned the habanero ketchup packs a kick!

From start to finish sauce shop have been amazing! With updates on my order to the well protected sauce. The rub and the sauce was amazing if you like hot go for the buffalo hot sauce it has a kick and tastes lovely on chicken wings or any meat or veg. Will defo buy again : )

Just a warning -- this will be a lengthy review. So firstly, I decided to place a rather large order with SauceShop, based on the high reviews, to surprise my husband. 2 weeks later, even though we've had a dispatched email and given a tracking number, the order had not arrived so I contacted the company, only to find out that it hadn't even been dispatched to begin with. i was promised my order by Thurs/Fri but it came a day or after that (which I let go). 3 weeks to be delivered was unreasonable but because of Covid i let it go. Then we find one bottle unsealed (thankfully they refunded that easily) but the couple of bottles we opened to try, my husband disliked. So we decide to ask how to return our order (and even told them we did not expect a refund on the opened bottles). We were given details on how to return it - which we did. a few weeks go by and still no refund and now they are denying receiving the parcel even though we paid extra for tracking and they've SIGNED for it. We send them proof of collection of the parcel, the address it was being sent to AND proof of signature. My husband (who is talking on my fb account to James) is accused of not being cooperative because he cannot send them a photo of the parcel on their doorstep. The signature alone is proof enough and pictures are INSTEAD OF a signature, not ASWELL AS. It's very clear that they are trying their hardest to avoid giving us a refund. We will happily contact DX to get further proof because we know we are in the right and the company (specifically James) obviously doesn't know the law. So, we found the sauce disgusting and the company isn't any better. I haven't left a negative review in YEARS, because it takes a helluva lot to get to me, but I've had enough of being messed around. I'll happily attach all my husbands messages just to show how polite and patient we have been.

These guys have the best sauces and customer service. I ordered their ketchup and we loved it so much, we made a bigger 2nd order. Unfortunately, it got delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Sauce Shop, after getting nowhere with DHL and they quickly sent out a new order free of charge which arrived the next day. Great service, great products, very happy!

My God these sauces definitely live up to the hype. I don't think I will ever go back to the 'classic' shop bought sauces ever again! They're all a little 'extra special' with a twist.
