Firstly the coconut curry sauce is amazing, simple ingredients and not full of rubbish. I have been ordering jars from Amazon but received a package damage and the jar leaking. I had no way to return the item through Amazon and thought I was going to be left out of pocket. I contacted customer service direct and they were only to happy to help and sent me a replacement jar asap. Amazing sauce and amazing service. Thanks to Charlotte for all her friendly and informative help during our interaction

I purchased their Brown Sauce after so many good reviews , I would say the sauce was just a fruity sauce , certainly nothing special as all the reviews stated , I would not buy it again , it states spices , I did not notice any , I would say Daddies Favourite Sauce if far better , the best brown sauce by far , and a fraction of the price ! I would have tried their other sauces but after this experience , I won't be spending hard earned money again on these sauces . Verdict ; an over priced average fruity sauce , it is however coloured brown .

I've been buying the buffalo hot sauce for as long as I can remember. It used to be delicious... Buttery, vinegary and hot. However I thought the last bottle I bought tasted funny... I noticed the recipe had changed and all of the things that made it good were different. The butter has been replaced with coconut oil and ingredients like tomato puree, rapeseed oil and citrus fibre added. Habanero chilis have also been removed! Unsure why there has been such a dramatic change in recipe but the new sauce is nowhere near as good as the original!

Big fan of sauce shop products they are always excellent, the customer service is fantastic as well, I ordered a few of their products and unfortunately one of them arrived broken, I emailed the company and asked if another could be sent out and they were more than happy to sort that out! I'd recommend them to anyone they were fantastic when it came to helping and their products are fantastic! A big thanks to Charlotte for helping me out with the new bottle aswel and being so polite all the way! Highly recommend!

Fab range of sauces. I bought a selection for my husband for Christmas and he loves them! Nice range of heats and different types of sauces. I can only cope with two of them...but the more adventurous will love them. Good value and quick delivery. Nice to support a uk based growing company too. Would recommend.

I placed my latest order on the afternoon of 22.12.2022 and it was delivered on the morning of 23.12.2022! Their products are nothing short of exceptional. My personal favourites are the Buffalo Sauce (seriously blows Franks Buffalo Sauce out of the water) and the Siracha Mayo. A* Products and Service. Thank you.

I bought their buffalo sauce off the shelf as a trail. Since then I have bought a good amount of their sauces. Their a commercial company obviously, but the sauces are neither generic or tasteless, they really are some of the best sauces out there. Sauce Shop has a huge range of products and if like me your a spicy guy this is a brand you want to explore. However what sets them apart is the quality of the customer service experience and how they interact with customers especially returning customers. They have easily been my best discovery of 2022 along with Alice in Chains, but that’s another story

Hadn't ordered since November 21 when my subscription was cancelled and agreed by them, but today, 13th December 22 they decided to reinstate my subscription, charge me £30.65 even though my debit card had changed, and despite promising to cancel the order so the pending payment wouldn't go through they didn't they just happily took my money. Now I am £30.65 out of pocket and going to have to fight to get it back. Full of empty promises.

I had an issue with the delivery of my order, which after correspondence with Charlotte, was swiftly resolved and replacement products were sent. She was friendly and very accommodating in her communications. The products Sauce Shop are the best I have ever tasted and my only source of condiments now, and will continue to promote the products and company to anyone and everyone I can.
