Best sauces there is won't try any others Polite staff and quick service

I have been a regular customer of Sauce Shop for some time and they continue to delight me! If it is just a simple Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise or one of their exciting limited editions the products are always fantastic. The direct deliveries via their website are always well packed and promptly delivered. It’s also great to see them available in retail stores, from small farm shops to retailers such as Sainsbury and Morrisons. I also love to see recipe suggestions and different ways to use their sauces on social media and their website. Keep up the good work Sauce Shop team!

I’ve made a number of purchases from sauce shop over the last few years but the latest one included some hot sauces. The buffalo hot sauce is amazing as is the everyday chilli sauce (fabulous on scrambled eggs!). The tomato ketchup and brown sauce continue to be way better than the homogeneous gloop that the mainstream brands offer.

A fantastic range of sauces to suit all tastes. I love the scotch bonnet jam, garlic mayo and buffalo hot sauce. Special shout out for the limited edition pineapple hot sauce too, that's sensational!

Sauce shop hot sauces and BBQ sauces are my go to and have been for a number of years now! they're amazingly consistent across their range, but my all time favorite is the buffalo hot sauce (by FAR the best out there ) and as a fried chicken lover, something I can't live without! Also great customer service - I was once delivered a broken bottle and they replaced it in days.

Have ordered many times from Sauce Shop and found all the products to be excellent. The tomato ketchup is the best I have had and my tow young kids wouldnt eat ketchup until they tried Sauce Shop. The range of hot sauces is great there really is one for every taste and the cook in sauces and dry rubs are good. Service has always been good with regular order updates and FedEx delivery.

Great quality and delicious sauces. Ordered the fry up sauce to try on last order (as well as few other bottles) and amazing. Sauce is not as thick as supermarket and other brands but taste delicious and different. Great for gifts

If you're looking for some of (if not THE) best sauces in the UK, then look no further. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating. I've been using Sauce Shop products for years (I have full cupboard shelf devoted to their products!) and I haven't come across a single thing I've not enjoyed yet - the Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce has to be tasted to be believed!!! Its no coincidence that when I BBQ for friends, they hunt down my Sauce Shop stuff first.... The negative reviews on here (customer service issues aside as I've not experienced them myself and have always been more than impressed with them) are laughable at best. Probably written by people who didn't get their way over something and should be completely ignored. Treat yourself to some of their wares - trust me, your taste buds will stick you top of their Christmas Card lists. 👍

The best sauces around, so much so that I purchased the catering size everyday chilli sauce just to use for myself.

Sauce shop sauces and rubs are delicious. I’ve never had a bad sauce yet and I’ve bought many. My favourites are Brussel sprout ketchup, garlic mayonnaise, cherry bourbon bbq sauce the list goes in as there’s so many to choose from. Well priced and delivered quickly, I’d definitely recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

We started using sauce shop in lockdown and haven’t looked back, my cupboards are full of the stuff, the kids love the ketchup (admittedly it took my youngest a little while as it’s not full of sugar). We love the red and green sriracha, I LOVE the scotch bonnet jam, won’t buy another Mayo. Would highly recommend to anyone, and lots of people who come over for dinner I always recommend. And no, I don’t work for them 😀

I have never had a bad experience with Sauce Shop, be that though their customer service or the sauces themselves. I've been enjoying their limited edition releases, along with their core offerings, for a number of years now and they just keep getting better and better. The buffalo hot sauce is so so good and thanks to that sauce, I'm now enjoying spicier and more tasty meals, especially when it comes to chicken wings, thighs etc. If you want a sauce that has been made with care and attention, something the big brands fail on in my opinion, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. You won't be disappointed!

Sauce shop are really bringing something different to the table - Handmade, vegan, all natural and brilliant collabs. Always had great customer service with quick delivery and a newsletter I actually enjoy receiving, personable and you’re made to feel part of the family- Can’t fault them and love to spot them on the shelves as they grow!

As a common or garden condimentalist, Sauce Shop is amazing. There are more varieties than my girlfriend will let me buy, and the specials are amazing. The Tiny Rebel collab at Christmas last year was incredible, and their standard sauces are even better! Ketchup, barbecue, mayo... All amazing. The South Carolina BBQ sauce is probably my favourite BBQ I've ever tasted. Shop Sauce Shop and keep independent businesses going!

I usually buy Stokes' tomato ketchup, but thought I'd give the sauce shop a go. It is disgusting! It is full of clumpy gloop. I looked at the ingredients (I should've done this before I bought it), the main ingredient is tomato puree (hence the clumps). WON'T ever buy this again.

Everything it’s ok

I've ordered from sauce shop quite a few times now and I've been impressed with pretty much every sauce I've tried. FedEx managed to lose my latest order but as soon as sauce shop found out they were quickly on it. Charlotte made sure a new parcel was sent out straight away with an extra sauce to say sorry, despite the issue being the fault of FedEx and not one of their own

Great selection of products, and great prices. Products arrived quickly, and very well packaged. Really delicious sauces, especially the scotch bonnet jam 😋. The only suggestion I have, is maybe try and get different colour labels for certain jars. The everyday chilli sauce looks very similar to the bottle of tomato ketchup. Hopefully my better half doesn’t mix them up. Will happily use again, and order enough for the free delivery 👍
