I’ve ordered two years in a row, one of my orders came missing one sauce, but Charlotte was on it immediately, and followed through with Emails to ensure it arrived which of course it did! Lovely products, great presents, great service 🌸

First time buying from Sauce Shop what a brilliant experience, my gift set was sent out fast with recorded delivery and the product itself was so worth the money. The packaging was smart and nice enough to give as a gift and the sauces were bursting with flavour. My eyes have been opened to hot sauces and now there is no going back, Sauce Shop have gained a new regular costumer! Honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough

This curry was really tasty and the customer service is superb The first one I tried was awful but Sauce co customer service Charlotte sent me a new batch! This time it tasted as good as it smelt!

I've been a fan of Sauce Shop for a good few years now. Their range is incredible, the products delicious. I can't fault their customer service either, very occasionally there have been delays due to labels not being available or a product being just out of stock but always communicated well. The deliveries are always well packaged.

Honey Sriracha on everything! It’s so good. That and the scotch bonnet jam. Also, Carolina bbq. Pop that on sausages in the oven. Kids love that one with a bit of extra syrup. What am I on about, I enjoy pretty much everything from Sauce Shop. Haven’t found a bad sauce yet. Makes cooking easier as it always adds flavour to any dish.

Great service from start to finish, error was identified and rectified within an hour! Charlotte a credit to the business and the little postcard was a lovely final touch. Now bring on the bbq to try the sauces.

The sauce I wanted to buy was out of stock, and as it was a limited edition sauce I thought I would miss out on it for good! Oh a whim I emailed customer services to see if it was going to come back or not. The next day I had an email from Charlotte to let me know that there were actually a couple bottles still available in the warehouse if I wanted to purchase any! She was super helpful, friendly, and quick to reply, even allowing me to add additional items to my order. I definitely felt like a valued customer and was very glad I decided to get in touch. P.S. the sauce is the Burnt Pineapple Hot Sauce - defo try get your hands on it if it ever does make a come back! So good on tacos!

I have been buying sauces from Sauce Shop for around the last 5 years. I have never been let down by any of their products. The flavour is always exceptional. They have great customer service and are always experimenting with new flavours. All of their sauces contain natural ingredients so there is non of those artificial preservatives or additives. Definitely worth a try.

I love the sprout and stuffing sauces. These slapped between some bread with either cheese, ham or chicken or all three gives youChristmas lunch everyday! They are also particular good dropped into veg soup as a garnish

This is for real one of the best sauce shops, the flavour is unmatchable to the other sauce shops, buffalo hot sauce, creamy, spicy, full of flavour Seriously, delicious, I usually don't go out of my day to make reviews but this really needed one! Hot buffalo sauce, 10/10! best one on the market!

Great sauces, great service. I’ve been into this little company for a couple of years now and I’ve tried most of their products. And it’s wonderful stuff compared to the mass produced muck that passes for sauce for many brands. The tomato ketchup is really tomatoey with a silky smooth texture. The brown sauce is tangy with spicy hints and the range of barbecue sauces are all excellent - Cherry Bourbon and South Carolina especially. And their cook in sauces are amazing - love the mother tomato and the makhani especially. There’s some weird stuff too - I love the pineapple hot sauce and the stuffing sauce (you don’t know it yet, but you need this for Turkey leftovers after Christmas!) But Brussel sprout sauce …. 🤷‍♂️ let’s face it, you either love the little green bast***s or you don’t!

My favourite sauces out there! My favourite is the Caroline gold bbq sauce which is outright superb and goes with almost anything! Yet to find one I dislike and the customer service has always been 5*

Maple Habanero is great on eggs, bacon or even peanut butter on toast but you can’t go wrong with Sauce shop tomato ketchup you won’t go back to the baked bean brand!

Only sauce brand I’ve bought over the last few years. Good flavour and not filled with sugar and other rubbish. Habanero ketchup Is used with almost every meal I have.
