Cyberweld is great. I just broke down and bought a true color helmet. Changed my work - I could see! Arrived quickly, all well packed, priced right but really it is about being able to compare and search through a wide variety to get comfortable with any product range. Keep it up.

As I have purchased well over 25k worth of items from Cyberweld over the years under various accounts, I can't be alone in my dissatisfaction. After placing my last order, working out logistics, staff, consumables and watching my ccard jump off the desk, I am presented later in the day with an email with showing the large ticket items back-ordered with no promissory date, basically back ordered. This isn't the first time its happened and the website says "in stock" and for those ready to nail me, yes I realize the fluidity of online stock however this has happened before. I log into another competitor and bang, fast shipping, better price, website reflects actual stock, operator on chat window and phone, smooth easy transaction. The pandemic brought about hardships I'm sure however five years ago another 10k order with diesel welder turned out to be a fiasco similar to this last order. My guess is they will take your order regardless of stock and leave it to you to call in, cancel or make other arrangements OR miss your contract deadlines with welders drinking coffee at the empty loading dock. I wish they were better at it, the folks I talk to are polite doing the best they can, excellent and courteous, however that cannot make up for the deceptive stock practices.

I have purchased three welders from Cyberweld along with accessories and N95 and N100 masks. Each purchase has gone well, no glitches. What more do you want!
