Cyberweld don't accept my return item .I got a Lincoln plasma cuttter I worked whit the machine for 2 o 3 hrs but don't work like supost to work and. Overheated and quit working and I call call costumer service and don't accept to return I guess I lost my many

Overall, I had a good experience with cyberweld.com. They had the best price on the welder I purchased, and it was delivered in a timely fashion and in good condition. My only complaint was that after I purchased there was no confirmation email. I called a couple days later to make sure everything was going through. Their policy is to notify you of your purchase when it ships. I would have preferred a confirmation email as well. Not a big deal for next time now that I know. Their website is a bit outdated too, but that has no real bearing on the quality or customer service which was fine.

Product ordered showed available but after order was paid for and shipped showed as backordered. No contact made by cyberweld I had to email them and ask where my $2000 welder was. No alternative machine was offered or any other solution by the company and emails come thru as spam.
