Great experience, arrived early, maneuvered bus in small parking lot, handled parking lot attendances requests, very detailed, excellent communication with bus coordinator, (me), and overall an excellent choice for our 49 passengers.

This was by far the worst experience booking service through them. Getting a call back to have questions answered took days of leaving a voicemail everyday. In addition to the bus driver being late to pick up, we never received a courtesy call and to make matters worse, the company never communicate the special circumstances around the need for a possible flexible schedule due to the fact that this was a sporting event that can commonly change the departure times, based on status of tournament. There was lack of communication between the US Coachways and the bus company that provided the charter bus. In addition we paid to have the WIFI and chargers available to us and that was not provided. Finally receive an email for them asking for overtime to be paid to them because of our departure time when I was told it was not going to be an issue at the time we created the itinerary. Unprofessional and not customer service friendly

US Coachways quote and booking system is one of the easiest to use. With up -front pricing and excellent customer service all the way through, we were extremely happy with the service that was provided. The charter buses were on-time, clean and provided great entertainment options. Our drivers were professional and caring, going the extra mile, to make sure our trips were successful and enjoyable.

Hello, I rented 2 buses, both drivers were AMAZING!! Everyone had a blast! which was over 100 people. Buses were really clean, team were super helpful, answered all my questions (calls & emails). I have no complaints at all. Would recommend 100% and will be renting for future trips!! Erika
