To have another charter bus company cancel on me two days before my scheduled day of travel US COACHWAYS worked tooth and nail to book me a last minute charter...I was so grateful! Jonathan (my booking rep) was responsive to all of my calls and emails, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend using US COACHWAYS for your travel needs.

It started w/ Tommy who couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Then our coach driver, reliable, on-time and very personable.

If you will like a reliable and pleasant experience avoid US Coachways. They canceled a trip that I have planned, confirmed and paid for 24 hours prior to depart. Enough said...

👎👎👎👎👎 Should be ZERO stars. We had the worst experience when booking US Coachways for my daughter's wedding. 1. We confirmed 3 pickups from our hotel to the wedding venue, bridal party, family, guests at 3 different times. The first pickup/dropoff was made. The driver was clueless about the schedule and did not return for second pickup. Our family members scrambled to get Ubers to get to the venue for family pics...running late as per our schedule. 2. Again, we had 3 return trips from the venue to hotel and the first early trip back had my mother and nephew only and the driver refused to take them because it was only two people. We purposely booked this leg and paid for the extra trip to accommodate the elderly. Guests then had to leave early to drive my mother back to the hotel. 3. The bus was nothing like we were promised. It was is horrible condition and my guests felt uncomfortable on their rickety ride to and from. How to ruin your best laid plans...US COACHWAY!

Highly organized and reliable despite Covid challenges

Everything was great as far as the tour went. On time and the driver Thomas was fine, a good driver and courteous. But we left a lumbar support cushion on the bus and I turned in a lost and found request twice---but no response from the bus company.

Given the set of circumstances- the torrential rain- your driver was fantastic. He arrived timely, and he got us there safe and sound.

We booked a shuttle and a coach bus for our wedding. The process was fairly easy. During the week leading up to the wedding I noticed that the schedule for the shuttle was incorrect so I called and advised the dispatcher/scheduler of this and we got it corrected… or so I thought. After our ceremony I had a member of the wedding party come to me saying the driver was confirming the schedule and it looked incorrect. Sure enough the change I confirmed the week before was not passed along to the driver and I had to advise them that their schedule was incorrect and provide them with the proper information. Besides that 1 issue the drivers were on time and did a great job.

I am extremely disappointed in US Coachways service. We had ordered a bus over a month in advance to take us to an event. We received a call the day of the event 3 hours before the bus was supposed to arrive notifying us that we no longer had a bus. The company was unable to find us another form of transportation and many other companies we called were more helpful than they were. I understand that some things are out of the companies control however I find it hard to believe that they found out the bus had trouble only 3 hours before our scheduled pick up and don’t understand how after 2 hours of frantically calling other companies that we were able to find our own bus. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

i spoke with Michell and Anthony about the bus which was not in good condition. We made an agreement to refund some of the money for this bus. This was fair and i appreciate that it was a very pleasant exchange. i will certainly do business with US Coachways again.Thank you for your positive response. KATHLEEN GRIFFIN
