I believe INF is the only insurance provider which covers 'true' Pre existing conditions unlike the good for nothing Acute Onset clause which many others offer. This is one of their USP. I did lot of research on the all the available in the market and found INF to be the best of the lot. Coming from the healthcare industry, I had lot of queries, it took some time for the team to clarify the same but all got sorted out. I went ahead with INF Premier 1M coverage, thankfully my father was falling just within the year range to have that coverage else I would have had no option but to go with INF Elite which is their best plan but is pretty expensive!! Many other plans looks good on paper, real test is the support provided when a claim is made, I relied on the experience shared by people in the reviews here and really hope that I never have to make a claim. I worked with John and it was a pleasure working with him at the sales stage, looking forward for the ongoing support in case there is a real need.

Signed up INF Elite plan for my mom who is 81 years old with pre-existing conditions. When i researched for medical insurance there were very few options for me to choose.. i chose INF because of the pre-existing coverage and other benefits with the plan. Very prompt in responding to my questions, had a very great and trouble free experience all through the process. Got this for my parents 85 and 80, don't wish ever to use it though. It might be a bit on the higher side dollar wise, however the insurance seems to be good and covers pre-exisiting conditions as well.
