United States | 23 March 2023My parents came last autumn, and I bought INF insurance plans for their stay here. During the coverage period, I contacted the INF representatives several times. Each time, I received responses in time. My mom had been affected Covid and the BMI representative arranged a telemedicine call very quickly then the doctor sent us to the nearest CVS for the medicine. We didn't pay a penny. As my parents extended their stay, I then contacted the INF to extend their insurance coverage period. I was worried whether their extension would be rejected as my mom claimed one time but the results showed my worries were unnecessary. The extension process is very smooth. I will still choose INF in the future.
