Appreciate if the policy duration can be made 30 days for renewals, 2. Deductable can be reduced as its incurred for every visits/occurances. 3. Are there any benefits for not using the insurance?

I'm purchasing INF insurance since 2021 for my parents who are visitors from India. The buying process is quite easy. I did not have to claim so far and not sure how smooth the claim process would go. I feel all policies can be made available for 30-day duration with coverage for pre-existing, as the money once paid will not be reimbursed and paying for 90 days may not be a right choice on all occasions.

Excellent customer service, in particular Mr. Deo. Other reps were also very responsive and helpful. Very knowledgeable and responsive agents/Reps. Deo guided multiple times on which insurance would be best to buy to suit my needs. I signed up with incorrect insured name by mistake and Deo helped get that corrected promptly and got confirmation of coverage reissued. He patiently explained all plans, answered all my questions and guided on the plans to consider.
