I've taken Travel insurance plan " Inf Elite 90" for my mom who is 63yrs and has pre-existing medical conditions. Claimed it once. The claiming process is pretty simple and worked just like our regular health plans. This is one of the best travel insurance plans for travelers with pre-existing conditions. They have a wide range of plans and you can pick the one that most fits your conditions. I'll keep taking the same plan every time my mom visits us.

I've bought INF insurance multiple times for visitors from insis. The buying process has gotten a little more complicated with the different plans, I wish they'd show plans based on buyers pre-selected criteria. The plans themselves use United health which is preferred because most hospitals are going to accept it vs lesser known Healthcare plans.

My second time buying from INF. Very straightforward process and clear information about coverage limits, daily limits, preexisting limits, deductibles, etc. Also being a PPO with United healthcare is important in getting the negotiated rates from hospitals and physicians. I have seen other plans with big headline coverage numbers but fineprint everywhere. Not the case with INF Premier Plans

I worked with Inf’s customer support to identify the best policy for my parents visiting USA and got great timely support Havent bought the policy yet but will be buying soon as they have very good options for preexisting conditions above age 70

Enrollment process is easy and INF team was reachable. Have not use their claim service, hoping I do not need to use it. However, heard good reviews about them.

I bought the INF Elite Plus plan when I knew I would be spending some time in the US visiting family and already had a pre-existing condition which I was worried would flare-up during this period. I had done extensive research before purchasing my plan with INF and they are the only ones who cover pre-existing conditions and routine check-ups (with the Elite Plus). I'm really really happy with INF, especially since I've already had to use my insurance. And it went really smoothly. No issues. The team is amazing. Chat support is available 24/7. I had originally purchased the plan for 3 months and now I've renewed it for another 3 months.
