United Kingdom | 26 January 2025It's a scam no way to contact them, didn't receive a welcome pack so can't cancel, and wasn't made fully aware of the finer details of the switch before they forced it through and now I'm getting screwed. Looks like I will have to wait for switch to go through then switch back. Don't give them any details, if you change your mind they'll still force the switch.

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Sold me british gas payg i was with utillia I asked atvthevtime when british gas take over my supply will the be able to top up using their up as I do with utillia he told me I would it went live 1/1/2025 so I didn't know what to do if I was going to be without gas and electricity i had to wait till the 2/1/2025 before I could talk to british gas they told me my meters were on credit till they set up payg but then found out meters not compatible with British gas so would have to be changed this wouldn't be a quick process so because of miss information I have gone back to utillia and now will be getting a bill for energy I've used which I didn't want so if anyone comes to my door again and trys to convince me to switch supplier the answer will be a definite NO
