Really helpful customer service who was very informative

The agent was honest and polite Was. Not pushy. And managed to get my monthly payments down that's always good news

The Field operator who attended to me knew what he was doing. He communicated in such a way that persuaded me to change my decision.

Service was useless after they helped me get on a cheaper tariff with British gas and I won't through the verification process with out of UK call centre no one took my direct debit details so the process did not go through. I went back to the so called money expert agents and they told me to phone British gas and I upon phoning British gas was told they had no idea of any switch of tariff taking place. So I guess the affects got there commission and left me to whistle.

I had a great experience with Chloe Dakin from money expert. Explained everything well and saved me money. Cannot recommend the service enough.
