United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Worst experience I have ever had with a third party service provider. I asked 3x will we see a draft agreement before changing electrical/gas providers. The client service operator said you will not be changing - this is just a draft offer to which you can agree in the email. He lied outright. I have never had such a horrible experience and do not trust MoneyExpert for anything. Lies are the worst thing you can provide your customers with. Especially when the customer asks repeatedly that this is not a formal change of service providers but a draft contract. Please save yourself the heartache … do not trust MoneyExpert. Reach out to the provider they recommend directly and ask for quoted prices. You will save yourself the time and the energy.
