Not really my way of doing domestic business but I had been looking for deals on SEG payments. I was impressed with the info she had on my account with now former provider. The confirmation phone call could be improved. The caller should review circumstances (on the electronic sign-up) of the customer and if necessary slow down and speak clearly. I had to frequently ask to repeat.
