Ordered on 8th September . Paid for delivery on 12th September. It's now 30th September. Completely delaying to give me my money back even though they admit parcel lost, auto responses all the time. Then they try to block my review in trust pilot. Come on guys, do the decent thing and give me my money back. I can't afford to lose this money!

Ordered from Maison threads the price for the items was great. However I got some of my order and had to chase the rest up, the phone number is non existent no one gets back with through email either. I managed to eventually go through the website and send them email to refund my purchase if they could not fulfil. Day later I got email to say order was shipped one item was the wrong size however I kept it to much hassle returning it. Customer never comes first

The Gant jacket was very poorly packaged - really just rolled into a ball and stuffed into a bag. Although the jacket was OK it was a bit disappointing to see it packaged that way.
