Terrible Experience - Hidden Fees and Poor Return Process. I recently made several purchases through Lovethesales, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. This site operates as a third-party platform, and it charges for delivery fees despite the amount you spend. I had to deal with multiple sellers and separate shipments for items that were shipped from different warehouses. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered didn't fit. When I tried to return it, I was shocked to find out that I had to cover the return shipping costs myself. Even worse, these costs were never reimbursed. If I had purchased directly from the original seller, I’m confident the return process would have been much smoother, and the shipping fees would have been covered by the seller. Lovethesales is nothing but a middleman that complicates the buying process, adds hidden fees, and offers zero solutions when issues arise. I feel scammed and will never be using this site again. Save yourself the trouble and buy directly from the sellers to avoid these unnecessary hassles.

I paid £6 for DPD delivery so the parcel would arrive at our holiday home before left there to go to our permanent residence 150miles away. It was in fact sent via the free service Royal Mail and arrived 5 days after we left meaning a 300 mile round trip to retrieve it
