Perfect product and service

After having a pair of Sketchers Go walk 5 shoes for some time,i had been looking for another pair as have been very happy with them.I found the LovetheSales advert for go walk 5,so ordered them.They came very quick,estimated by wednesday but arrived sunday. On opening the package i was dissapointed to find they were Go Walk Flex,similar but not 5 as on advert.I phoned Meeks who said i got what i ordered.The LovetheSales email to me says GoWalk5 but the confirmation order email from Meeks says Flex.I decided to keep them but not as happy as i hoped if got what origional advert said.I have photo's of both boxes of my origional 5s and the Flex to show the differances fyi.

My 1st experience from ordering is awful, I ordered a cap for my husband arrived next day as I paid for postage, unfortunately was too large returned through their return process. Purchase price plus P+P 29.09 Deducted on return. 9.98 Total refunded to me. 19.08 So a very unreasonable and expensive return policy so buyers beware.

Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes in the size I wanted. Customer service contacted me to say they didn’t have them in that size anymore. But they had a half size bigger, so I asked them to send (on time for my holidays) they didn’t send. I chased them they just refunded the money without asking me what I wanted. 3 weeks from ordering to having no new shoes!
