United States | 22 September 2023One of my policies increased drastically, so I made a phone call. I spoke with Bryan Bustamente. This gentleman made no attempt to look at my policies as he justified the price increases as ““ general.” Bryan repeated himself, didn’t listen, and made slates or jokes casually at my expense. When we reached a stalemate, I hung up frustrated with this individual. I was able to see what needed to be changed on the website and I called back. unfortunately It was Brian again. I told him I think I just hung up on you, I found the issue and proceeded to tell him what I wanted done. Had he made a little bit effort on the prior call we could’ve already reached this point. His solution would’ve saved me five dollars per bill. My solution saved me 175. This was due to the fact that there were mistakes on my account that needed to be rectified. Before all of the changes could be verified Brian asked me to respond in an email and put it all in writing after we had verified it all verbally he sent me a blank email with instructions as the title. this was infuriating. when I explain to him that I didn’t make any sense and I needed what we talked about confirmed which he could do on his end or to just send it to me the recording he put me on hold and did what he was asking me to do. He was short on the phone. I told him his customer service wasn’t that good and I believe that this individual need some training
