Sent the wrong order.

First time ordering from them. Items were ordered a week ago & haven't even been shipped yet. No response to email & phone line rings out. I requested a refund as I can't see these seasonal tems being shipped in time for their intended use. Shipping is already steep at £6 for 5-7 working days delivery, but they haven't even been picked yet! Will not purchase in future

Paper snow flakes pretty but opened one and it was all broken so had to bin it

Both items ordered were not like photo/website I would have done better in Dunelm, very disappointing

Very poor! Long time delivery and poor quality of the product

Ordering was easy and got some great sale discounts. Delivery was within a few days with useful email updates. DPD kept me informed on the day of delivery when to expect the parcel. On receipt I discovered a breakage which I reported online attaching photos. I had a response later the same day stating that a replacement item would be dispatched. Amazingly 2 days later the replacement arrived. I’m delighted with all the items and the service. Garden Trading have redeemed themselves after I experienced very poor service earlier in the year for which they issued a voucher to say sorry. It has taken a few months to psych myself up to try again but I have to say this experience has completely changed my opinion. I will not hesitate to use them again as the products are good quality which I have always accepted, the service aspect and communication now matches the quality of the products.

The product (a watering can) looks good having seen them in RHS Wisley (but not opened until 5/1/25 as it is a present), but I have received far too many emails since and have now unsubscribed

Not much of a Christmas household but we love the Winterfest and these decorations are so simple, elegant and yet special and festive. Very happy esp as got them in the sale.

Still waiting on delivery. Will happily revise this review when my product turns up.

Well packaged cushions and the stars for the wall. I would have liked them to advise that the delivery was in 2 batches or just wait a little longer and deliver one batch only because I was worried when they said everything was shipped, but it wasn't in the box
