Prompt efficient service and lovely prw

No return free postage. Glass pendants all imperfect with bubbles in the glass. No indication of delivery until despatch, so items arrived after we needed. No screws supplied with shelves. Products look good superficially but are certainly not to the White Company/John Lewis quality standard.

A very nice piece of furniture for your entrance hall/boot room, although couldn’t put 5 star as some of my family with wider feet couldn’t fit their shoes in the space, so think a wider space should be given to put your shoes.

My item arrived damaged but the return terms require me to pay for the return cost. Given it’s heavy and large the postage back would cost me nearly as much as the item so I would end up paying nearly twice the cost for potentially getting a fixed version. I wouldn’t use again.

From ordering on line to receiving my purchase it was very easy delivered on time beautifully packaged my order which was crockery had been packed so well nothing would happen to them would Highly Recommend

I ordered 8 kitchen chairs. The chairs were absolutely fine, the problem was that I was expecting natural wood as described and photographed on line. The chairs were wooden, but were stained and varnished a dark sludgy brown colour. They were a totally different colour to the photos taken by GardenTrading. My gripe is that I had to pay to return the chairs, which absolutely should not have been the case. They were clearly misdescribed and misrepresented by Garden Trading, yet they will not acknowledge this. Do not trust the photographs, which should be a problem for an online company.

Items are tasteful, of good quality and just as describe on the website.
