Person behind counter was brand new and untrained. Couldnt size bikes and couldnt redeem our credit vouchers. Took bike out of one location to go another and got no less than half a dozen phone calls from managers wondering what was going on with my bike rental Whole operation felt sleezy, like a money laundering business 🤔

Excellent experience

I chose these guys as they were the only ones not running after you down the street begging you to take a leaflet or sign up for a bike. Hired one from the booth at Central Park and the staff were friendly folk but the bike I hired was in a poor way. Brakes weren’t as sharp as they should be and only 50% of the gears worked .

Good bikes, fabulous guide, would book it again and recommend to others. What a wonderful way of exploring NY, thanks I loved it. Would recommend lunch in the boat house after you’ve returned your bikes, lovely food, great view over the lake and well deserved after the cycling!
