Terrible!! Promised a delivery date by Sam, later than usual due to factory shut down. Closer to delivery date, emailed Sam for a delivery date but no reply. Telephoned Sam a couple days later and order was despatched after I threatened to cancel my order. Short delivered 25 units or 1 box. Raised to Gavin, Ibran sent further grids but the wrong type. Promised a further delivery date by Liam next day, nothing appeared. Telephoned Gavin, promised someone would reply to me but no reply yet. My driveway is unfinished, a hazard for my two young boys. They don’t care, stay clear !!

I first ordered 16 of these grids to use as a base for my garden shed as it worked out the cheapest way. After receiving my grids and laying them I thought they would make a great path aswell so I ordered another 24. Since laying them I have had friends and family complementing how well it looks. My daughter has ordered 24, one friend has ordered 14 and another friend is going to see how many he needs. Ibran grids is a first class product and the service was first class can not fault them in any way.

Gavin at Ibran was excellent. Going through my requirements via email and even suggesting possible alternatives. Although there was a mix up that caused a delay to delivery it was handled really well including a follow up phone call to ensure we had received what we ordered. Ordered my grids to tidy up our rather scruffy drive. They arrived well packed and placed where I wanted them. The drive now looks completely different. We moved a lot of gravel that was already there, laid the grids, then refilled with a layer of old gravel, then topped with lovely white gravel. People are all saying how good it looks. Hopefully the ramps will be in stock soon so we can finish it off properly. It didn't take too long and was completed in a couple of days. We would certainly recommend using these grids and will more than likely order more for a different job we have planned for the future.

Ordered twice from this company first time no issues the delivery was on time. The second time however we were 2 pieces missing from the order I emailed them and they apologised and sent the 2 pieces straight out no hassle I would recommend them

Delivery came in 2 parts, as not enough room on first van, but as first part was a day early, not a problem. Got enough of shed base for 2 sheds, with 4ft gap in the middle. Excellent product, goes together in minutes. When filled with pea shingle, becomes solid for shed. Would recommend, amd would definitely use again if needed elsewhere.

Ordering was simple, delivery satisfactory, grids are good quality and simple to install and interlocking. Easy to cut if required. Once down and filled with pea shingle they form an amazingly firm base on which to instal my summerhouse. Would strongly recommend Ibran and its product.
