This product does what it says on the tin. Works out of the box, easy to install and super strong once the gravel is infilled. They delivered quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Product is first class but it arrived in 3 delivery’s over 2 days. Very strange and expensive for the carrier I would imagine

Got off to a good start as promised delivery would be 48 hours. Too good to be true. I waited and waited. Communication is non existant. Pay a few pence more and go elsewhere and save yourself hassle.

Firstly the actual product is great and ordering was easy, communication from IBRAN great, now comes the big problem, they use DPD as a courier, big mistake, First the delivery went wrong right from the start only one out of 6 boxes arrived, next could not actually speak to someone at the local DPD depot for over an hour, took another 1/4 hr to get any sense out of them, next a text to say the remaining missing boxes would be delivered at 6pm, finally turned up at 10 to8 at night all 6 boxes split ,2 of them all the contents were all over the van, took two men to put the grids back in the boxes, not impressed at all. note to IBRAN change your courier to somebody who takes care of your great product. This was not a small order ,and if it was not needed would have refused delivery.

Fab service and nice to be able to talk to a person

Product had quick delivery. These interlocking base blocks were needed for a mini shed to be placed on gravel in slightly sloping garden. Did the best i could to level this tiny base area by raking the gravel and using a levelling strip of wood. I only needed to use 4 pieces. These clicked together easily, especially after I put my weight on top by standing on the joints (am lightweight and over 70) Shed stands well on them…levelled by some slate between shed and base. Next i need to cut the excess away. Another day!

Very good product

Very easy to order the grids from the website. I had an issue where for some reason only one was sent on the day I was expecting so I had to contact IBRAN. The remainder were sent on the following day so it did mean I had to wait at home again. All good in the end though, the product is very good and easy to use.

Plastic grids arrived on time and fitted together easily. Filled with pea gravel. Does the job and a lot easier than heavy slabs.

Firstly the shed base grids are genius and have saved a load of hassle laying a decent base, they work really well and seem really good quality. I ordered one lot earlier this year for a shed base and it's still all good with no settlement or issues although pay attention to getting the ground as level as you can...that's where a bit of effort comes in but far less than slabs. One base laid, all good but I decided to extend the base a few months later, order arrived really promptly but there was a bit of an issue with the grids. I contacted ibran and I have to say I was super impressed. Sam couldn't have been more helpful and resolved everything with no quibble and couldn't have done more. Sadly customer service like this stands out these days as it's so rare but well done to Ibran, it's got it right and based on my experience using them a couple of times I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend any one else to as well.

Good communication and easy to use

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!!. I ordered 80 grass grids Friday 10th… Only 10 turned up on Thursday 16th. I called them up to see what had happened, the guy who I spoke too didn’t actually know himself but I was promised the rest would turn up on Monday 20th as there was apparently an issue with DPD. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday came, still no grids.. called again , again was promised they would be with me now on the Friday 1st July… 3 weeks after my original order date!! I’m still waiting for a refund.. Absolute joke of a company. Will never use again nor would I recommend to my worst enemy… Avoid.. I used Amazon in the end to get my grids, they was CHEAPER than IBRAN & came in two day with no issues…
