I didn't have any problem with my grids. To be honest it has a very high quality if I compare with the one I got from Amazon. The delivery were well informed. The packaging was fine too. I could have been better but not a big deal.

Initially ordered half the amount I was supposed to but thanks to the quick delivery it didn't end up delaying my project. Project was all done and grids working really well. Have used grids before from ebay sellers, these grids have deeper pockets and seem to be stronger (no give in the plastic even when not filled with gravel) whereas the ebay ones buckled a bit.

This is the first time I have used these grids. A great product which prevents your aggregate from moving. Easy and fast to lay once the ground prep is done. The grids can easily be cut with a handsaw but for speed I used a bandsaw. The packaging was a little flimsy and some boxes had been damaged in transit requiring the carrier to repackage some of my order. There were some grids missing but on contacting IBRAN they immediately sent out replacements.

These grids are first class and a great price (Wickes were £5 each and are inferior). I've made a garden path 30' long for a total outlay of £90 and that is including the chippings. A quote for a concrete path was many hundreds of pounds. I ordered too many but have a patch around a drain that I will use the rest on. Fantastic idea.

Excellent product, and cheapest anywhere

I ordered grids for my log cabin and driveway project. They arrived a day or two late as it had been their annual factory shutdown. The grids do the job very well, easy to lay and dissemble when needed prior to final positioning. My only gripe is the packaging they were delivered in. Ibran packaged them in large quantities and the cardboard wasn’t strong enough, causing damage to some in transit. Fair enough though replacements were sent immediately and without charge. Would have been five stars but for the damaged packaging. I expect Ibran to improve the packaging strength for the future.

You would think reading reviews that you would have a good experience. After my experience I would question the number of five star reviews. Ordered over a month ago (44 grids). Received no information on dispatch or delivery. Sent an email after 10 days, it was not answered. Next day parcel turned up unannounced, lucky I was in. Two boxes of 22 grids. Would have been alright if all the grids were the same. 22 grids wrong type, dimensions and do not fit to the others. Emailed, guess what, no answer. Telephoned on a Wednesday and Gavin full of apologies and complete new order would be dispatched Friday, and an arrangement would be made to collect grids I have now. That was two weeks ago. Phoned again, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Still have 44 girds that are unusable. Website quoting 1-7 days delivery, I have been waiting 5 weeks for correct order. Absolute cowboy company, avoid, issues go unresolved and they really could not give a stuff about customers.
